However, for cancellations made between the 15th day before your arrival and the day of your arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The same applies to reservations cancelled on the day of your arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

 

It is important to remind you that we do not offer any refunds, only a rescheduling of your reservation to similar dates and/or same periods in the following years.
